X-Team Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2022 by a small group of practitioners who, between them, had spent fifteen years staring at the wrong end of incident reports.

We started the company with a thesis that has since become obvious: artificial intelligence is being adopted faster than the instruments to govern it are being built. The gap, we suspected, would not be closed by a single product. It would be closed by a catalogue — small, careful, beautifully made — of tools that took AI seriously the way industrial safety took electricity seriously a century before.

That catalogue is what you are looking at.

The four principles
  1. I.

    Visibility before velocity.

    You cannot defend what you cannot see, and you cannot prove what you did not record. We capture first, automate second.

  2. II.

    Distrust by default.

    Models are systems, not oracles. We treat them with the same cheerful suspicion we would reserve for any other production dependency.

  3. III.

    Latency is a moral question.

    A defense that costs a second of user time is a defense that gets disabled. We design for the millisecond, because that is where the human stays.

  4. IV.

    Evidence travels, opinions don't.

    Our findings ship as machine-readable artefacts — verdicts, probes, replay bundles — so your auditor and our engineer can argue from the same primary source.
